Meet The Artist

Carley Pettitt is a self-taught textile artist specializing in hand embroidery. Born in Edmonton and raised on the coast of Vancouver Island, Carley Pettitt has always felt close to art and the wildlife around her. Deciding to focus on her passion for wildlife, Carley a pursued a career in zoology. Throughout that journey, she discovered a love for education and wildlife conservation and in 2019, she picked up an embroidery needle and has never looked back.

  • Embroidery

Each embroidery kit comes with everything required to create and hang a beautiful piece of art. All you need is a pair of scissors! Our designs are unique and celebrate life in every aspect. With full skeins of DMC thread and bonus designs in every kit, our kits are set up to get you started in a hobby that grows past the initial design.

  • Sustainability

All of our products are packaged in eco friendly plastic-free recyclable material. All embroidery hoops provided are sustainably harvested beechwood hoops and paper-free instructions are available for every kit. Even the backing fabric is upcycled!

  • Education

With a background in educational writing, clear and concise instructions are a must in all of our kits. Each kit varies in difficulty but all are written as though you're brand new to the craft. Also, because I can't resist, fun biology and conservation tidbits are included in every kit and pattern.
